Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

The business lists hours on 4 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. I visited April 2023 as a young mother. They said I needed around $3,000 in dental work. I couldn’t pay $3,000 in dental work. I went back another time and they asked when I was planning to get the work done and said I just can’t pay that. I also had no pain or other symptoms. That caused some medical anxiety which resulted me into ignoring my teeth. I saved up $3,000 to get my teeth done this year. Well fast forward to today, I went to a new doctor for a cleaning and he said I only have 1 cavity and quoted me $127. I still have no pain…but maybe a little sensitive on that side. I feel silly that I let their opinion sit with me for so long. Clearly I never needed 3k of work done. The office is beautiful, they act mostly polite, but I would avoid.

Always a pleasure to come here. Office is always immaculate and they follow all safety precautions. Staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Dr. Nail is very good at his profession. Even though they are not in dental networks, I will continue to come here because it is well worth it. They will file out of network claims for you with the major carriers so you can get the out of network reimbursement.

My review is no reflection of the dental hygienists or the front office staff, they’ve all been so kind and friendly since I started coming here back in 2015. Any time I visit for a cleaning, the hygienist are straight forward AND professional. They never make me feel less than or differently no matter the state of my teeth health. However, the dentist, Dr. Nail, is the opposite. He came in today with 2 interns to look at my teeth and was making unprofessional, unnecessary remarks (saying EUGH/UGH, Gosh!, do you SEE this tooth?!). I left feeling very embarrassed and upset because of this. I am not rating based on his professional judgment, because I do trust his opinion, however, there is an etiquette when speaking to patients (especially in the presence of interns). The tone he was conveying was that of shame instead of supportive help. My hygienist today was very informative AND sweet. Being kind and making your patient feel like you are there to support rather than humiliate them with your tone is what Dr. Nail needs to improve in. Like I said, I trust his opinion and will be getting the recommended procedures done but with a different dentist. If you are coming for a cleaning a

OMG !! I cannot express how amazing my experience was today ! It was my first visit and everyone was so kind , patient and sweet !! The Dentist , The Hygienist, the assistants and front office were all excellent. My favorite thing about today was that I had pretty bad plaque and some gingivitis because of my braces and my own lack of flossing but even then I never once felt judged nor did anyone ever shame me instead they educated me in the most kind away possible on how to improve that and also were understanding and never once complained ! Instead they went above and beyond to make sure I received the best and most proper care !! I will highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone !!

This place is so much more than a dental office. These people care about you, your family, and your life. After coming here for a few years and getting to know everyone I am continually shocked at the level of service they all give. Mandi & Teri at the front know you by name and treat you like family when you come in. They set the tone for the entire team. They are always smiling with their beautiful smiles and happy to see you. Dr Nail and his wife are incredible people. They even went so far as to write a card for me and mail it to my house when I lost a family member. Hanna, Shelby, and Nicole are all so wonderful too. They ask about my job and my family and even share their personal family stories with me. I have been to several dentist and never felt like family like I do with this group. There is absolutely no way there is anyone that can compete with them. Do yourself a favor and use Dr.Nail and his crew. ❀️
